1. Why did you choose to make HUB a network marketing or multimarketing
(MLM) company?
We looked at many business models and the MLM structure was the
absolute best at allowing us to create the maximum impact for our
members and the world. It allows our members to actively
connect with
each other and earn
a portion of the sales generated by the entire business. It
also
supports us in creating the level of transparency we want for
all. We
want you to be able to see the impact you are making in your own life
and in our world.
Because
we’ve designed our company to be an economic engine fueling
humanitarian aid, the MLM structure allows us to create a sustainable
giving cycle. More specifically, the MLM structure delivers
on the
principle of universal flow (giving and receiving), which we believe is
a core foundation of our mission: sustained abundance for
all.

Why is MLM the best structure for creating exponential giving?
If you, as an individual, gave $99 per month to the charity of your
choice, that $99 would be finite with no possible opportunity for it to
increase in value. However, if you, as an active HUB member,
invest
$99 per month in your own personal development, HUB will donate and
loan 40% of your monthly purchase into the humanitarian
field. Then,
as you attract three people to also purchase a $99 empowerment program,
and each of them encouraged three more people (you, +3, +9), you
would be responsible for helping create the gifting of $514.80 per month
($99 X 13 X 40%).
Giving to a traditional charity might mean that your $99 donation could
help as many as 10-25 people. On the other hand, when you put
your
energies into HUB, you may have helped impact a total of up to 416
people with that same $99. Here’s what your monthly
membership fee can
generate if you inspire others:
- you have helped feed up to 39 people
- you have helped educate up to 39 people
- you have helped provide clean water for up to 130
people, and
- you
have helped provide environmental sustainability training for up to 208
people …all without a lot of extra effort!

How does the MLM model create sustainable
giving?
Most non-profits are under-funded and limited to their next big
donation for giving and, therefore, many do not survive. HUB
is not
reliant on fundraising and the next big donation to succeed because
commissions are consistently flowing back to you, our
community.
You…we…are
HUB and together we will receive money that allows us to continue our
membership, and therefore our giving.

How do your Members create personal abundance for themselves and their
families?
As you continue to share HUB with people who purchase our empowerment
programs and create exponential giving, you will receive commissions
from the purchases of personal development training by those in your
impact team. This means you will be giving globally and will want
to continue to help drive HUB’s economic engine.
This creates a natural flow that we call sustainable
global giving. It is a wonderful circle of
giving and receiving that has no end.

What does your vision of efficiency
and transparency mean?
You’ll always be confident that your giving is efficiently
going toward
an important cause and you will be able to track online exactly how
much giving you are personally responsible
for. We post our impact
partners (recipients of aid) on our website and update the list
regularly. HUB unites existing organizations that are already
working
to make a difference in the world. We choose partners, like
Feed The
Children, that we know have the ability to deliver effectively and
efficiently.

Is there one type of Membership in HUB or do I have more choices?
Become an AMBASSADOR:
You become a member and actively work to build the organization and
create more monetary flow for you, HUB’s giving, and the
world at
large, or…
Become a HUB RETAIL CUSTOMER:
You become a HUB Retail Customer and gain access to the HUB community,
without enrolling as a Member and without working the MLM business side

Is HUB different from traditional MLMs?
Yes - you may find that it’s more fulfilling than traditional
MLMs.
- The
nature of HUB is to enroll people in monthly empowerment training
which, in turn, triggers monthly giving. Once someone is
enrolled,
your only job will be to encourage them to share HUB with
others.
There is no need to convince them, or re-sell them product after the
first enrollment.
- If
you choose to share HUB products or products from other HUB members,
you will be sharing products specifically designed to contribute and
make a positive change in the world. We do not sell products
built
solely for profit. Instead, we create and sell products and
programs
that make an impact on the person purchasing them as well as the world.
8.
Can you explain HUB’s vision that moves humanity from
survival to self-empowerment and into sustained abundance?
We are the new model for sustainable business and
humanitarian giving.
In our business, we are committed to providing the best empowerment
training available to our members, and a business model (MLM) that has
the ability to create ongoing financial flow and abundance.
HUB’s humanitarian aid is delivered in the form of
“The Total Package”
– which includes food, water, education, and
micro-loans. This is in
an effort to create sustained abundance for our recipients so they
break the chains of poverty and become self sufficient and
abundant.
We do not believe in simply “giving the next bag of
grain” because that
means tomorrow, the recipient will need another bag of grain.
This is
inefficient giving. We believe in empowering our recipients
with the
training, tools, teams, and support so that they can permanently break
through and break out of their current situation.
We know that together, we are creating a united force that is
delivering the economic engine needed to once and for all break the
chains of poverty and solve humanity’s most pressing
needs.

Is HUB a charity?
No, HUB is not a charity. HUB is a for-profit company that is
in the
business of selling empowerment education. We (and you) make
money by
selling empowerment education through both a network marketing model
and an affiliate marketing model. HUB then uses a large
portion of our
revenues to fund ongoing humanitarian impact. For example,
HUB’s
for-profit structure distributes 40% of our monthly membership revenues
to humanitarian impact programs. There are not many companies
around
the world who donate this high of a percentage of revenue into the
humanitarian field. It’s part of what makes HUB
unique.
We
believe in abundance for ourselves as well as the people we
help. The
ability for our company and our members to generate income is what we
believe will magnify our impact and sustain us to do more good works
over time.
10.
Is HUB based on any one religious or political affiliation?
No. At HUB, we believe that what unites us is greater than
what
divides us. We believe that taking action for humanity goes
beyond any
one religious belief or political persuasion. HUB works with
many
religious affiliations and spiritual leaders from all beliefs including
but not limited to field agents like Iris Ministries (supported by the
evangelical and Pentecostal communities), Christian churches,
Muslim-birthed educators, Agape International (trans-denominational),
and many more. We believe humanitarian giving and the
empowerment of
people and communities is a common joy in the hearts of all.
