When you're in the fields of compassion with Kimmie Weeks, the days fly by like a blur... there is sooo much packed into each day its hard to keep it all straight. But what I can tell you straight away is that today we - all the HUBbies - met Madame President Sirleaf.

Imagine this ... here we are ... a company just 18 months new - starting our first programs in Liberia and we are the honored guests greeted by the First Female President of Africa. We arrived early to clear security, at the Women's Community Center. President Sirleaf had come on the first day of the center to officially open it, and there we all were - in anticipation - with the graduating class, our HUBbies, the YAI staff, and the incredible, beautiful women teachers of the center. Kimmie was at the Executive Mansion early in the morning with the crew from CNN for an interview with President Sirleaf, and so was our HUBbie Daniella Boutin, who arranged the CNN crew to film for their show called "African Voices."  And soon we hear the motorcade. The womens community center surrounded by official security (even soldiers stationed on nearby rooftops with rifles), and she arrives. Kimmie gathers us all- Charlie, me and our HUBbies, Cynthia, Annette, Hermia, Annette and Elizabeth first in line to greet her as she steps out of her secured vehicle and one by one, greets us all with a loving handshake and welcome.

She stopped by the table of goods that the women had made and took her time to honor their crafts and to buy them - even calling out to our HUBbies - specifically "AUSTRALIA" (WHICH IS ANNETTE) to come and pick out a piece of tie-dyed fabric to take home with her to share Liberian crafts! We actually have it on video and will share it with you all as soon as we can! Then Cynthia got to gift the President with her book, Unstoppable Women!

It was an honor and privilege to say the least. The women, who had been taught by Cynthia the day before, were chanting and dancing, "we are unstoppable women" and the President of Liberia acknowledged us all - YOU ALL HUBBIES!- for the commitment to help here in her country.

The words fall short of the experience.

We also today went to Becky Primary school where we saw the largest school project for YAI - a school for 625 students - be dedicated with all of your help and the completion funds from Cynthia's Unstoppable Foundation!

Long days of service - with many hours of traveling with our pillows! in the van from location to location has bonded us all on the trip, as these Purposing Trips do like NO OTHER! It is very late once again, but I could not go another day without connecting with you all and sharing the incredible experiences we are having and helping you to know the impact you are making that the HUBbies here are getting to witness first hand.

Tomorrow we go to the Womens Center Graduation at City Hall - we will meet the Vice President tomorrow, then head to Elwou School Project and the Temas Orphanage.

One more thing I must share ...we also got to visit the refugee camp where Kimmie spent 10 months of his young life during the war... very surreal seeing him interviewed by CNN on the grounds where over a million refugees were sent to wait, die, survive. Kimmie and his team bless us all each day with their constant love, dedication, inspiration and ACTION in making a difference. The people of Liberia are a shining example to us all - when we access moments of sadness, perceived lack and injustice we may feel - all we need do is to connect with the spirit of these powerful, sweet, peaceful, resilient people and remember the truth of who we are.
